2. Personalized & Custom Items

Exclusion: In accordance with both US and EU consumer laws, custom-made or clearly personalized products (such as wallets with custom names or logos) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Approval: For non-customized stock items, returns are accepted provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Defective or Damaged Goods

Reporting: Any defects or damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

EU Legal Guarantee: All products sold to EU consumers are covered by a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee. If a product is found to be faulty or not as described within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Resolution: We will provide a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs) for confirmed manufacturing defects.
