Welcome to My Leather. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of our handcrafted leather products, including our customizable wallets. By placing an order for delivery to the United States or Europe, you agree to the following terms:

1. Customization and Personalization

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any name, text, or logo provided for engraving is accurate and correctly spelled.

  • Intellectual Property: By uploading a logo, you represent that you own the rights to that imagery or have explicit permission to use it for commercial production.

  • Final Sale: Due to the permanent nature of laser engraving and embossing, customized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect.

2. International Shipping (US & Europe)

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping times vary by destination. US and European orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after the production period.

  • Customs and Duties (Europe): For orders delivered to the European Union or United Kingdom, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all Value Added Tax (VAT), custom duties, and handling fees required by local authorities.

  • Tracking: All international shipments include a tracking number provided via email once the order has been dispatched.

3. Product Variations

  • Natural Materials: Our products are made from genuine full-grain leather. Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in color, grain, and texture are expected and are considered a hallmark of quality rather than a defect.

  • Patina: Hand-burnished leather will naturally darken and develop a "patina" over time with use.

4. Intellectual Property of Designs

  • All promotional imagery, logos (including the "My Leather" trademark), and website content are the exclusive property of our brand. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • My Leather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered. For European consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
